By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Stoxio is a mobile inventory management application available on iOS and Android. The Service allows users to track products, scan barcodes, manage stock movements, export reports, and manage team members.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Stoxio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. We are not liable for any loss of data.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
Free-tier users will see advertisements within the app, served by Google AdMob. Paid subscribers will not see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
