Stoxio is operated by H.G Bayraktar, based in the Netherlands. We are subject to Dutch and European Union privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Business data: products, stock movements, and inventory data you enter into the app

• Payment information: subscription purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we do not store your payment card details

Your data may be processed in the United States by our service providers (Firebase, RevenueCat). These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.

Free-tier users of the Stoxio app may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. We use non-personalized ads only. You can opt out of ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
